What are your hours?

Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday: 12:30 pm - 4 pm

Can I place an order from your website?

We are working on that! You can't do that yet, but you will be able to soon.

Do you have book clubs through Robin's Nest? Or can my book club meet at Robin's Nest?

We will eventually offer book club's through Robin's Nest, but we haven't started that yet.  Yes, your book club can meet here; please contact Bobbi to set that up. bobbi@robinsnestdekalb.com / 779-255-1191

What is your return policy?

We offer gift receipts; gifts must be returned in the sale condition within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards of any denomination.  You can pick them up in person, or you can purchase them over the phone and we can mail them for you.  We do not offer ecards at this time; however, we look forward to offering them soon.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Union Pay.

What happens when you don't have a book I want?

We're happy to order a book for you. It'll usually come in 3-4 business days, just call us or come in the store to start the ordering process.

How to use our Bookshop.org link?

Once you click the link, any purchase made there will support our store, but will be bought and shipped through Bookshop themselves.
